Dancercise FAQ...

  • What is Dancercise?
Dancercise is a combination of exercise and dance movements designed to improve overall stamina, health and fitness.

  • How long are the classes? There are 1 hour classes and a new "Express" 35 minute class.

  • What does each class consist of?
A one hour class consists of a stretching warm-up, targeted exercises to address specific areas of the body (abs/butt/arms/back/legs), sculpting with weights (although optional), and cardio.

An "Express" class consists of a warm-up, followed by a 30 minute cardio session and cool down.

  • What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat or towel, a bottled water and comfortable sneakers or workout shoes. We provide 2 3 5 and 8 pound weights.

  • What types of classes are offered?
The class schedule changes each month, and each day brings a different class. We offer hi-low aerobics, intro to Pilates and stretching, ball classes, bangra, belly dancing, kickboxing, BLT and more!

  • Where can I register or get more information?
